Vu Thanh Bien presented recent results from the FloodAdaptVN project at the EGU 2024 in Vienna. The title of his presentation was “Assessing disaster risk governance effectiveness: a document-based analysis using the READ approach in Thua Thien Hue province, Central Vietnam.” The presentation was followed by a lively exchange on the study and practice of disaster risk governance in light of a changing climate.
